SEMAGLUTIDE works by increasing insulin levels in your body, which decreases your blood sugar (glucose). It also reduces the amount of sugar released into the blood, slows down your digestion, and reduces appetite. Semaglutide is an injectable medication that mimics GLP-1, a hormone the body releases after a meal, signaling you are full and lowering appetite. The goal is to safely reduce BMI in a controlled and professionally monitored manner.

WHAT TO EXPECT • You will be required to fill out a history and physical form and submit lab work within the last 6 months. Once the form and diagnostics are reviewed by the provider and you’re deemed an appropriate candidate, the medication will be dispersed to you with detailed instructions on how to administer. You will be required to attend monthly follow up appointments prior to dosage increase to discuss medication tolerance; this will be done via phone or in person. There are no extra charges for follow appointments. You will be required to record and track your weight on the provided biometrics sheet which will be reviewed during follow up appointments. Nutritional information will be provided, it’s strongly suggested to follow recommendations, but not necessary. Payment is due on the day of medication dispensation; via paypal, credit card, or cash. Tirzepatide is unique because it attaches to two different receptors GLP-1 and GIP, unlike previous GLP-1 analogs, which only attach to one. Due to its unique dual activity, Tirzepatide has shown about 50% better weight loss than Semaglutide. The goal is to safely reduce BMI in a controlled and professionally monitored manner.
